 THE JEWS ASKED THE PROPHET MUHAMAD SAW ABOUT ALLAH

PADANG ARAFAH When His Majesty the Prophet Muhammad SAW carried out Tahlil Tahlum moving from one place to another (Hijrah) with the aim of spreading the teachings of Islam, in the middle of the road the Prophet met the herd of Biri Biri livestock from the Jewish group who was quite old. Suddenly the Jews asked, O Muhammad, I heard that you said you were leaving (Migrat) to Heaven to meet God. Is that true the Jewish question is true, said the Messenger of Allah with a gentle answer while the Apostle smiled. 

If it is true that you have met God, what does God look like, O Muhammad. The last time I was in Heaven, I only saw a lump of light in various shapes of light colors in one lump of light, then I was ordered by the angel Gabriel to enter that light, said the Messenger of Allah. So, Muhammad, can't you tell me what God looks like? 

Suddenly Rasulullah asked Usman bin Affan. Hi Usman, do you still have any leftover dates from the date you brought? Usman bin Affan said to Rasulullah, try giving me one date. Usman bin Affan also gave a date to Rasulullah. Then the Messenger of Allah gave a date to an old Jewish person, as the Prophet said, Well, try eating one of these dates, the old Jew ate it after he finished eating it. 

The Prophet also asked what the taste of the dates were, the Jews said they tasted sweet, please tell me and explain to me what the sweet taste looks like, the Prophet asked the Jews. I cannot tell you, O Muhammad, the word Jew, then the Messenger of Allah answered the same thing about God that you asked me about, the word of the Messenger of Allah to the Jews, then the word of the Messenger of Allah, God, cannot be described by our minds, even though we can see in the eyes of our hearts the shape of its Light, but we cannot tell its appearance, for fear that it will not be right and does not match the shape of God's Light with what we are told, said the Messenger of Allah while gently holding the shoulders of the Jews. - By Mustafa Kamal Nurullah (MKN) ★★★
